Our Purpose
What "Potato-Potahto" means to us
The name Potato-Potahto comes from the idea that while people may say or see things differently, we often agree on more than we think. It reflects the simple truth that differences in opinion, background, and perspective don't have to divide us—they can exist side by side while still sharing common ground.
At Potato-Potahto, we believe that common ground matters. No matter how we say it or how we see things, we can all agree on the importance of a kind, clean, safe, and non-hungry community. That belief is at the heart of everything we do.
Our name is a reminder to keep perspective, stay open to others, and focus on what brings people together. It guides how we serve our customers, how we support our communities, and how we show up outside of our trailer through cleanup efforts, giving back, and supporting those who keep our communities safe.
Because at the end of the day—Potato, Potahto—we're all part of the same community, and we're stronger when we take care of it together.

After more than 25 years in the corporate world — spanning regional leadership, public safety communications consulting, cellular technology, and emergency management response and coordination — Aaron stepped away from high-stress corporate work to pursue a lifelong dream.
- Background includes pastry chef and line cook experience
- Driven by discipline, strategy, and leadership — and the value of time with family
- Wife Kasey (RN) and sons Blake and Hayden are the heart behind the business
