We're a local food trailer, not a data company. This page explains the little we collect through this website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Forms you fill out. If you use a signup or contact form on this site (for example to volunteer, leave feedback, or ask about catering), we receive what you type — typically your name, email address, and your message. That's delivered to us by email so we can reply.
- Website statistics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site — for example how many people visit, which pages they look at, how they found us (like a Facebook post or a Google search), and which buttons they tap, such as Order Delivery. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects details like your device type and approximate location (city level). We look at this as totals to improve the site; we don't use it to figure out who you are. You can learn how Google uses this information, or opt out with Google's browser add-on.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) keeps routine technical logs, like any website's host does.
What we do with it
We use what you send us to reply to you, coordinate events or catering, and run the trailer. That's it.
- We don't sell or share your information with anyone for marketing.
- We don't run ads or ad trackers on this site.
- The only cookies on this site are Google Analytics' (described above).
Removing your information
If you've sent us your contact info and want it deleted, just ask — message us through the site's contact form or on our Facebook page and we'll take care of it.
Third-party links
Links on this site (Facebook, event pages, online ordering) take you to services with their own privacy policies, which we don't control.
Changes
If we ever change how this site handles your information, we'll update this page and the date above.
